Start the morning with yoga and meditation, led by Leslie Shull. Then, refresh with a smoothie before embarking on a sanctuary tour to meet and greet Goatlandia's resident animals. Then fill your tummy with a plant-based lunch prepared by Goatlandia Kitchen.

More about Instructor, Leslie Shull

Leslie Shull is a board-certified health coach trained in nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management.  Leslie is a certified yoga instructor with 500 hours of training, over 400 hours of instruction and 13 years of practice.  She is also certified to guide meditation, mindful breathing and social emotional learning.  Leslie is a health educator for Kaiser and also teaches at Sacramento City College.  Leslie has been coaching youth and adults on their strengths, lifestyle and behavior modifications, and the importance of balance amongst all components of health for nearly 10 years.  Leslie believes by incorporating healthy lifestyle choices that include a plant-forward nutrition plan, plenty of movement, good sleep and mindful renewal care, including yoga and other mindful practices, we will all feel better.  When we feel better, everything gets better – mood, relationships, productivity, behavior and overall health.
