Ollie was found wandering alone on the side of the road in Bodega Bay with no houses or people around for miles.

He still had his umbilical cord attached so he was probably just a couple of days old! We estimate he was born around July 9, 2021. It is possible that he was ditched by a dairy farm because he is a male goat and he was no use to them, but we’ll never know.

Thankfully a good samaritan named Sara saw him and took him in, and was then brought to Goatlandia. We bottle fed him for months and raised him, and he’s healthy, happy, and very friendly.

He’s one of our ambassadors, and loves going on visits to meet people and make new friends!

When animals get adopted, it means we have room to save more! If you are interested in adopting Ollie, please download our adoption form and reach out to us to schedule a time for a visit and interview!
Some of our rescued animals need specific medical care, treatments, or supplements to help them grow and heal here at the sanctuary. Ollie falls in that category, and so we have a special Cuddly campaign just for them.
